Hi, I’m Jennifer.

My work is rooted in a simple belief, real change happens when you work with yourself, not against yourself.

Over the years, I’ve seen how frustrating it can be when something makes sense logically, but doesn’t fully shift.

That’s because many of the patterns we carry aren’t just mental, they’re held more deeply, and often continue running even when we’re aware of them.

My role is to help create the space where those patterns can begin to shift in a way that feels natural and lasting.

I take a calm, collaborative approach to this work.

Sessions are not about pushing, fixing, or forcing change, but about understanding what’s there, and allowing it to evolve in a way that feels safe and aligned.

Each session is tailored to the individual, because no two experiences or paths forward are the same.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mother and grandmother. I value growth, learning, and meaningful connection, and I’m someone who is always looking to better understand both myself and others.

I’ve also built and managed multiple businesses over the years, which has given me a grounded, real-world perspective that I bring into my work with clients.

I am a certified consulting hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Ongoing learning is an important part of my work, and I continue to invest in both personal and professional development.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is tailored to you and what you’re experiencing.

We begin with a conversation to understand what’s been coming up for you and what you’d like to shift. This helps us focus on what matters most, without overcomplicating the process.

From there, you’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state where your mind is more open and receptive. You remain aware and in control the entire time, simply more connected to what’s happening internally.

During this part of the session, we work with the patterns that are maintaining what you’re experiencing. There’s no forcing or pushing, just a process that allows things to shift in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, often noticing subtle shifts right away, with deeper changes continuing afterward.
