You can want something different, understand your patterns, and still find yourself responding in familiar ways.
You’ve done the work…so why do you still feel stuck?
You find yourself falling back into the same thoughts, reactions, or habits - even when you know better.
Not because you're not capable, but because part of you may still be holding on.
This work isn't about forcing change or trying harder.
Through hypnosis and gentle guided parts work, we explore what's happening beneath the surface and work with the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
When your mind and body begin to feel safer, change can become less of a struggle and more natural.
You don't have to keep fighting yourself to move forward.
Real change is possible-when every part of you is on board.
You’ve done the work.
You understand your patterns.
And yet… something still isn’t shifting.
You may already understand your patterns and know what you want to change. But sometimes understanding something intellectually isn't enough to change the way you automatically think, feel, or respond.
That's where hypnosis and guided parts work can offer a different approach.
Rather than pushing through or trying harder, we explore the patterns beneath the surface and work with them in a calm, supportive way.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation that can help you become more receptive to new perspectives and possibilities. You remain aware and involved throughout the process.
The goal isn't to force change. It's to help you understand what's getting in the way, create greater alignment between your mind and body, and begin responding in ways that feel more natural.
You don't have to fight yourself to move forward.

A Different way to Approach Change
Meet your Hypnotist
I didn't become a hypnotist because I had everything figured out. I first discovered hypnosis because I wanted to help someone in my family. Experiencing firsthand how powerful this work could be sparked something in me, and I knew I wanted to learn how I could use it to help others.
I'm a proud mother and grandmother, and life has given me my share of experiences, challenges, changes, and lessons along the way. I've learned that sometimes we can understand exactly what we want to change and still find ourselves caught in familiar patterns.
That understanding is a big part of why I approach this work the way I do today.
I've also spent much of my adult life building and managing businesses, including an online business, a home daycare, and a cleaning business. Those experiences have taught me a lot about people, resilience, responsibility, and the many different paths life can take.
They've also taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth.
I'm a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I continue to invest in my education and professional development, including my current training in life coaching.
I'm naturally curious and genuinely love learning. I enjoy thought-provoking books and podcasts, spending time in nature, and continuing to explore what helps people create meaningful change.
When you work with me, my goal isn't to tell you who you should be.
It's to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what's getting in the way of the changes you want to make.
Every person brings a different story, so every session is approached with that individual in mind.
If you're looking for someone who will meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure,
I'd be happy to connect.
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is tailored to you and what you're experiencing.
We begin with a conversation to understand what's been coming up for you and what you'd like to shift. Together, we'll focus on what matters most without overcomplicating the process.
From there, you'll be guided into a relaxed, focused state where your mind is more open and receptive. You remain aware and involved throughout the entire process, simply more connected to what's happening internally.
During this part of the session, we work with the patterns that are maintaining what you're experiencing. There's no forcing or pushing, just a process that allows things to shift in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, and may notice subtle shifts right away, with changes continuing to unfold afterward.
Curious about hypnosis but still have a few questions? That's completely normal.
-
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation - similar to being absorbed in a good book, daydreaming, or becoming deeply focused on something you enjoy.
In this relaxed state, your mind can become more open to new perspectives and possibilities. This can make it easier to explore the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck and begin creating change in a way that feels natural.
You remain aware and involved throughout the process. Hypnosis isn't about losing control - it's about creating space for your mind to work differently.
-
Hypnosis can feel different for everyone, but most people describe it as deeply relaxed, calm, and focused. You may notice your body becoming heavier or lighter, your thoughts becoming quieter, or simply feeling very comfortable and at ease.
You remain aware of what is happening and can hear my voice throughout the session. You don't have to "try" to be hypnotized or make anything happen - you can simply relax and allow yourself to be guided.
There is no particular feeling you need to experience for hypnosis to be working. Your experience may be subtle, deeply relaxing, or somewhere in between.
-
Most people can experience hypnosis because it is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation. However, everyone responds to it differently, and there is no guarantee that every person will experience it in exactly the same way.
You don't need to be highly suggestible or have a vivid imagination. What matters most is your willingness to participate and allow yourself to be guided through the process.
There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Your experience is your own, and we'll work with what feels comfortable and natural for you.
-
Yes. You remain aware and in control throughout the session. Hypnosis is not about giving your control to someone else. You can hear me, respond to me, and choose what you are comfortable with at any point.
Think of it more like a deeply relaxed, focused state where you're able to turn your attention inward and become more open to new perspectives and possibilities.
You are an active participant in the process - not someone being controlled.
-
Hypnosis can be a helpful tool for many people, but everyone's experience is different. You don't need to be able to completely "switch off" your mind or have a special ability to be hypnotized.
What matters most is being open to the process and willing to participate. Together, we'll create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can relax and explore what may be getting in the way of the changes you want to make.
You don't have to know exactly how hypnosis will work for you before you begin. We can discover that together.
-
You may be surprised to know that you don't have to be especially suggestible, have a vivid imagination, or be able to completely "switch off" your mind to experience hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a natural state that we all move in and out of throughout our day. My role is to guide you into a relaxed, focused state in a way that feels comfortable for you.
There is no test to pass and no "right" way to do hypnosis. We'll simply work with your experience and allow the process to unfold naturally.
